The long curing process leaves a brine so intense in rich olive flavor that nothing can surpass it. The oily olivy richness coats the tongue while the briny intensity from the curing wakes up every taste bud.
We have blended our brine with fresh lemon juice for a bright and refreshing citrus result. Add an enfuso lemon stuffed olive and you will be singing the praises of this libation.
