We add richly flavored fajita spice mixes to our estate grown extra virgin olive oil with a hint of our Persian lime. This oil is excellent, as a marinade for fish, to make a spicy pasta or a flat bread with Mexican cotija cheese, and of course, for crusty bread dipping!
Pairs well with our Ginger, Mango, or Orange Guava Balsamic Vinegars.
